Hi, for what you want, Outlook 2003 would be excellent and you can run several diaries if you wish. It's simply a case of learning all the views and doing a lot of modification until the layout is as you like. I never leave Outlook in anything like its default situation. I like the All Appointments view rather than the day view and if you use tasks and notes too, it is very powerful.

Hi all, I spend much of my spare time working for my beloved blind golfing charity and am now finding I need to get myself a system to log dates, reminders, things to do by a certain date, deposits to pay on such a date, charity reports and returns etc.... Is there a Jaws friendly accessible calendar/diary programme out there I can use which for example, I can setup e mail prompts when I need to do certain jobs, warn me of approaching deadlines etc? My pc at home is XP Pro, with Office 2003, but I only operate Outlook Express on it. Although this work pc has Outlook, a good calendar and you can pre set a date and time for sending e mails, I can't really use that for personal business, I'd get a clip round the earhole. Any tips, or good office management skills much appreciated. Or, is my best option to do a modify with my Office CD and replace OE with the Outlook 2003? I thought it's calendar system didn't work that brilliantly with jaws, or have things improved? Kind regards, Robin Clayden, Telecoms Edinburgh College of Art, 74 Lauriston Place, EDINBURGH EH3 9DF.
