Well it sounds as if adding memory in 7your computer's case did change
the activation status; so I guess you write to FS, as Matthew Horspool
suggests. (Or, you might activate JAWS again by using the Activation
CD. Also, visit
www.fsactivate.com
.) There is an item in the JAWS Tools submenu, "remove activation",
which you ought to look into and carry out before you make any other
alterations to your computer's hardware.

I've done that, and helpfully JAWS tells me there's no authorisation.
Does
adding memory to a PC mean that the old authorisation isn't recognised,
and
if so is there a way to recover the situation?
