Hi,
Yes, this is expected. When you change certain hardware, you have to
reactivate. I'm not sure if you'll loose a key or not, it's
been so long since I've had to reactivate. I know that there are situations
where you don't loose, and situations where you loose,
a key. In any case, if you're count is low, contact
activate@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
and they'll reset the count.
HTH,
Matthew

Subject: [jaws-uk] ACTIVATION QUESTION
I've just installed some more memory - because Office 2003 appeared to have
slowed down the PC a lot.
Still seems pretty slow, and the JAWS 6.1 only now runs as a demo. Any
thoughts please?
