Hi Brian
there is no folder by that name on the root of the c drive nor is there a
folder of that name in the 2 t and t folders that appear in the Program
files area.
I have also tried to re install but still no folder.

No joy I am afraid I get no sounds what ever the J-tools setting is on.
I
do get all other system sounds including additional sounds included in
the
Skype and messenger scripts as well as all other system sounds. It is
really quite odd as it works fine on my laptop.

What happens if you only have sounds set to on? Do you get any sounds
then? The easiest way to check for this is to press the j-tools key.
When sounds are on, you will hear a sound when this key is pressed.
