[j-tools] Re: J-Tools version 5 is now available

Hello Brian and list.

 

I also agree with the opinions expressed by Temara and Ibrahin regarding the
cost of the upgrade of J-Tools. I understand that upgrading J-Tools requires
on your part effort and work. But at the same time I think that given the
lack of significant features present in this version we shouldn?t be charged
for this update. We were glad to pay for the version 4 upgrade due to the
fact that it contained a lot of useful features. But simply paying for un
upgrade to be compatible with Jaws 13? I think that many of J-Tools users
will use Jaws 12 until a new version of J-Tools with new features is
released. 

 

I hope you Brian  reconsider this issue, specially for those loyal customers
like me who have been using J-Tools since a long time ago.

Technically this is the only way to be able to use JAWS 13 with Jtools now? 

It would be nice to see Jtools perhaps follow the same pattern of at least
covering 2 JAWS upgrades with each SMA renewal.
