Hina- there are quite a number of possible issues here, let me make the
following suggestion:

 

1.  Start the DragonPad application, which can be done either from the tools
menu of the DragonBar, or by saying "start DragonPad"-hopefully this would
be recognized.

2.  Dictate a test sentence in the DragonPad application, and let the text
renderer on the screen-accurately or inaccurately

3.  Once the text is rendered say "play that back"-this will playback the
speaker's voice as Dragon has heard it.  If it comes back clearly, that
presents one set of troubleshooting issues; however if it comes back
unclear, static key, or otherwise altered that presents a different set of
troubleshooting issues.

I think its dragon 11 and not sure about sound card. Its on my client's
computer and I am trying to teach this person.

How can I find out about soundcard information?

Second, can you tell us about the mic and soundcard you are using, USB, jack

We created a new profile, check mike settings and set up the mike on
different positions but this is not helping.

If the problem is that your voice is not being recognised then this is
clearly a Dragon issue.

Maybe you could write about what you have tried and then we can perhaps
provide some suggestions as to where to go next.
