[j-say list] Re: issues

Hi,
I think its dragon 11 and not sure about sound card. Its on my client's 
computer and I am trying to teach this person.
How can I find out about soundcard information?

Second, can you tell us about the mic and soundcard you are using, USB, jack in

We created a new profile, check mike settings and set up the mike on different 
positions but this is not helping.

If the problem is that your voice is not being recognised then this is clearly 
a Dragon issue.
Maybe you could write about what you have tried and then we can perhaps provide 
some suggestions as to where to go next.

I tried everything with J-say but it is not recognizing the text and is typing 
all garbage if it does. I am not sure if it is a dragon or j-say issue.
