sue. thanks for getting back so fast. I have just realized that the
person
who did the install only installed JSay version 6.0, not 6.1. thus,
before
spending any time on this, we are going to download version 6.1, do all
the
right steps, and hopefully that will cure this problem. please do email
me
that list of steps, if you do not mind. Thanks again.
