I have just got a second hand Iyonix and have an issue booting into linux On booting into linux a graphics issue occurs just before login. It seems that the graphics have no problem until just before the linux login prompt appears - the last 2 commands are as best that i can remember are: starting Gnome display manager: gmd Starting debian 3 : tty1 Login: Between the starting debian and the login prompt the screen goes blank, and seems to be trying to display things. After about 30 secs the login appears again but only for about 5 seconds and then it goes blank and the cycle of login and then going blank continues. I can only type onto the login prompt when it is on the screen, ie key presses made when the screen is blank don't register? Any ideas. Thanks in advance for any help.
