On or about May 13th 2008 Virgin Media ceased the existing NewsGroup supply
and substituted:-
news.virginmedia.com
instead. Were you not advised when you tried to logon to the old one?
This was also covered by postings on MessengerPro mailing list.
This is easy to correct; go to NetFetch> iconbar> Menu> Choices> Account:
and in the 'News server:' writable icon> delete what is there and enter
news.virginmedia.com
Click Finish, reset your Iyonix and when you reboot all should be well.
