[iyonix-support] virgin & newsgroups

I know this is v bad manners but I am at my wits end.
I am on dial-up and suddenly, last month, I cannot get newsgroup access to my 
Iyonix and I can't find a way to contact Virgin to ask questions. R-comp decode 
the error message as the newsgroups not on the Virgin server.
Any suggestions direct to my email address please.
