[iyonix-support] no task window

If i open a Task Window from the menu of the 'task' icon (at the right
hand end of the iconbar), I get "task window cannot be opened" and a
second attempt causes "internal error - branch thru zero"
This used to work before upgrading to 5.12.....
Any ideas please?
