Entirely possible, yes. I wrote a RISC OS lpr printer driver which is
sold by R-Comp as part of the Network Printer Drivers package. There
are also non-commercial options, but my driver was written to improve on
the alternatives available at the time.

Any printer, with a network interface and on-board support for PCL or
PS, should be capable of producing output from your Iyonix.
I print to Brother, HP and Kyocera laser printers, both on my local
network, and on a remote site, using my lpr driver. I also print to
inkjet and dot matrix printers via a D-Link print server box. These
printers are shared by other computers running Windows and VMS.
