Fair point - except that I haven't seen anything to buy! Personally, I
don't want RISC OS and Windows on the same computer and I don't want
to go backwards to another RiscPC or A7500 style of thing.

I have been hoping for some sort of Iyonix 2 and have been saving
towards that end - I've been assuming that I'd need about 2000 GBP
what with s/w upgrades and any other peripherals.

If the Iyonix 2 is really, really dead - and it seems from what you
say that it is - then I will simply rename my 'Iyonix Fund' as my
'Apple Fund' because, as far as I can see, that's the only other way
forward.

As someone who moved into Acorns when Commodore failed to produce the
promised Teachers' PET, I am quite sad about the whole thing but I do
understand and would just like to say 'Thank you' for trying to find a
way forward even if it failed.

Regards

Jonathan.
