As far as I remember, you need to use DVD+R, but you also need to use
a brand that you know works with your particular drive (which you can
only really know by trial and error). DVD-R is a more complex medium
to write to, I believe, so CDVDBurn doesn't support them (as I
understand it!). You can use DVD-RW, though, as well as DVD+RW,
provided your drive supports them. (These are the re-writable versions
of +R and -R)
