Usually RMEnsure lines come in pairs.  The first one, if it doesn't
find the module already loaded, attempts to load it.  The second
complains if even that has failed.  It looks like you only have the
second.

There should be something like:

RMEnsure Blackhole 4.02 RMLoad System:Modules.Blackhole
RMEnsure Blackhole 4.02 Error The Black Hole module is missing
