We have now found out that it wasn't a USB2 Iyonix!

We seem after a lot of time and expense to have tracked the problem down!

The problem only happens if you do not have USB2 on your Iyonix!

With a USB1 Iyonix the fault is 100% repeatable with two different makes of
enclosure and another complete enclosure and drive package.

On an Ioynix with USB2 all three devices have worked 100% reliably so far!
