I have again now reformatted it under Windows 2000 (my oldest
available). It shows as FAT16 and 123MB (128,974,848) in size
using Paragon Hard Disk Manager on Windows 2000.
It has 15 cyl, 255 Hd and 63 sectors.
There is definitely no hidden partition or concealed drive.

I then moved the Lexar flash drive to my Iyonix.
It shows as 123MB (128,974,848) in size on RISC OS.
I copied 155 files to a newly created directory on it retaining
the Windows FAT16 format without any problems.
I then deleted these files.

I then formatted it using !SCSIForm with the following suggested
parameters:

LBA flag 1
Heads 17
Sectors per track 33
Cylinders 449
Drive par init flag 1
Parking Cylinder 450
Initialise I
Soak test N
Bootable Y
Long filenames Y
LFAU 512
Size is then 128,967,168 bytes

I then tried copying the same batch of files as previously into a
newly created directory but it crashed again on the 46th file.
Exactly the same as before. There is nothing funny with the 46th
file as trying to copy the 50th (or whatever) file also has the
same effect.

In addition I also copied a different batch of files into another
newly created directory and that crashed on the 49th file.
