[iyonix-support] Time setting

I was reading a web posting (copy below) about time settings regarding 
emails on MessengerPro which mentions time zones. I can find no time 
zone settings on the Iyonix only DST?

timezone settings to convert the date in the header. So for your email 
to display the above date you must have DST_setting + timezone_setting 
=+2.00

Can anyone enlighten me?
