simple answer is it opens some _javascript_ and  flash etc.. beyond the capabilities of netsurf (_javascript_ I think)

The JS crashes O2 too.. but after the rest of the page is displayed..

Firefox copes fine, but asks for the flash player.. woefully absent

so why use this on IYO lists? ..pragmatically, many will use other platforms for browsing.. the web rather requires that these days. (and also I post to many places and am too lazy (bad luck) to post to specific places with specific sigs
