[iyonix-support] Temperature sensitivity

Even with a fully-functioning PSU my Iyonix is still difficult to start up
on a cold morning. The lower the temperature the longer it takes (we're not
talking icicles here - my office is probably about 15 degrees right now and
it's just taken three attempts to start up. At 10 degrees it might take 5 or
6).

So which component is so temperature-sensitive, and why doesn't this happen
with other computers?
