[iyonix-support] Re: TV signal possible?

Hi

At present the s-video o/p is not programmed.

a touch awkward as the r-b colour swap would need doing in s/w prior to display.. do-able, but at a significant s/w 'cost'.

signal?

I still have a VGA/SCART adapter cable for the RiscPC
which allows a connection to according TV-Dispalys.

The question is whether the graphics card can be reprogrammed
to deliver interlacing pictures.

I would think it likely, since my card has an S-Video connector, that implies the circuits are capable of the required frequencies.

However I just tried using an MDF with TV modes and the TV modes weren't available, so presumably the driver is either hardwired to VGA and above or is actally honouring the monitortype.
