No, because nobody forces you to use all available SWIs. When writing 
software you need to decide which versions of the OS you want to 
support anyway. Nowadays, software tends to require at least RISC OS 
3.5, or maybe 3.6. It is rare for software to *require* RISC OS 4 and 
even rarer to require anything beyond that.

If you want to write RISC OS 5 specific software, then the RISC OS 5 
specific SWIs are well documented on the iyonix.com web site. It is 
only those added between 3.7 and 4.02 that are difficult to get your 
hands on.
