The above page says that it documents all changes between PRM 5a and 
now, which means all changes between RISC OS 3.6 and 4 and changes 
between RISC OS 4 and Select3/Adjust. These first group of changes 
(between 3.6 and 4) should be in RISC OS 5 as well, but the vast 
majority of changes past that are not in RISC OS 5.

Ideally, each new call or feature mentioned should explicitly mention 
in which version of the OS (or with which version of the module that 
provides it) it was first offered. Unfortunately, after a quick glance 
this does not seem to be the case in all places, which makes it a bit 
difficult to get a full overview of what is available in each version 
of the OS.
