I'm afraid that for a Palm PDA this is not an option; writing lange data 
files to a card via the Palm's (Win based) installation tool is 
ridiculously slow: a file that takes two minutes on a card reader takes 
well above one hour when you go through the Palm.
I'll have to think of a way to try out various card reader models - and for 
the time being I'll have to switch on my unloved PC whenever I want to save 
large amounts of data to my Palm's card  :-((
