[iyonix-support] ResEd problem

I've just been playing with ResEd and discovered that it is impossible
to adjust the size of a scrollbar-less window using CTRL-SHIFT Adjust
Drag - rather than resizing the window, it just drags the window (i.e.
it acts like Ctrl-Shift Select Drag).

The same version of ResEd works fine on my old RPC, so it's either an
RO5 issue, or specific to my Iyonix.

Can someone with ResEd try this, please.

RISC OS 5.13
ResEd 0.50 (24-Jun-03)
