35°C (95°F) on the air does not mean 35°C on the component itself, especially
if the case air intakes are clogged (happened to me once), the fan is
functioning erratically or the chip itself is covered in "clay" (dust +
humidity + heat - I've seen that happen once on a room with important
temperature variations and a high R.H.).
