latest rom is still 5.13.
it is not unusual for users to do a rom update when it suits them, rather than when, or soon after, an update is released

What update have I missed? My ROM is 5.13 23rd Feb 07, which is a long while ago to be asking ROM licence PIN numbers. 
I can't speak for Richard, but I was at Wakefield last weekend and bought
the update there having continued with 5.10 since that was launched.


Very occasionally I have made a mistake in being one of the first to
install an upgrade: it had problems.  So I would not blame anyone who
waits until all the fuss has died down and any necessary bug-upgrades
issued.
