1. Is the USB2 upgrade now available other than through a 5.12 upgrade - and
can someone remind me of the price difference between USB2 alone and the price
of the 5.12 upgrade?
2. Is there certainly never going to be bug-fixes on USB1?
3. Is there a reason to suppose that 5.12 is fixing 'pyjamas' and other
problems - or is this just coincidence?

And do we have a list of changes yet?
