There seems to be no known cure for the pyjama effect. But it seems to me it is a hardware/design fault. If it is cured by disconnecting from the mains - then the internal power supply is not completely switching off, but is leaving a residual voltage. Is this design - or accident? If design - what memory is it maintaining? This clearly needs to be blanked at power up. If accident - maybe a trickle resistor to discharge it would effect a cure. Or some other hardware method of disallowing an unwanted residual. Whatever - it's a design fault. If the Iyonix needs a hardware power switch - it should have one! Is the circuit of the Iyo available? Some of us on this mailing list may be able to give ideas if it is. --- To alter your preferences or leave the group, visit //www.freelists.org/list/iyonix-support Other info via //www.freelists.org/webpage/iyonix-support
