Sounds like they've got another taskwindow server which is managing to
get itself registered after StrongEd has started up (I don't know of any
others except Zap and a very old one called VMode).

If you get them to F-12 for the command line, then

*show *task*

then the values of Alias$TaskWindow and TaskWindow$Server should find
the culprit. Here they're:

Alias$TaskWindow : StrongTask %*0
TaskWindow$Server : ADFS::HardDisc4.$.Apps.!StrongED


Alternatively, get them to quit and reload StrongEd - that should get it
re-registered as the taskwindow server again (until the next reboot
anyway)
