I can Ping any valid web address on my A9Home (and RPC) as it uses DNS to resolve addresses. eg ping www.drobe.co.uk This translates to ping 217.204.75.248 and produces the usual stream of responses. My Iyonix will not resolve addresses unless they are in the Hosts file. I have the same ping application on both systems:- 1.05 6 October 2004. Would someone please confirm, or not, that the Iyonix should work this way.
