It must be run once and once only. Try prefixing with a '!' so it is run
earlier in the boot sequence.

I'm not happy with this line though:-

  Base% = Base% DIV (1024*1024)
  
Change it to:-

  Base = Base% >>> 20
  
This may then correctly diagnose the lower area of memory is not available
when first run.

The only real difference between 3.05 and 3.06 is that it checks if it is
safe to run first. Winding back to 3.05 will allow it to run, but it will be
unreliable, and prone to crashing.
