First thing is to very carefully check that all
connectors/memory/graphics card are properly seated to the motherboard
(use an anti-static strap if possible).

Lets hope that the Windows PC PSU has not caused problems.

Are you using a KVM switch with the monitor?

Have you a digital voltmeter to check and ensure the 5V supply is set
for 5.06V at the motherboard power connector. Bear in mind even if this
is correct the PSU might still have a fault.
