[iyonix-support] Obtaining SCSIForm

I am trying to obtain a copy of SCSIForm for use on our Iyonix, but cannot
find it for download anywhere.  According to a thread on one of the
newsgroups some time ago, it is supposed to be present in a subdirectory of
Utilities, but is not on our machine.

According to http://www.iyonix.com/updates/disc.shtml it was in a disc
applications update in May 2005, but we don't seem to have that either.  If I
try clicking on the link (to the rather odd URL "IGetUpdate:boot") then a
little window from the Iyonix Update Watcher flashes up and gives a few
messages very quickly then disappears again.

How can I obtain a copy?
