 I really became interested in this thread because of references to
Territories. However, when I experiment I find the same as you, Peter.
In re-setting the time zone on my Iyonix to the Australian Northern
Territories (where there is currently no daylight saving) everything
goes OK when I use !FreeTime. If I reset using NetTime the value of the
variable, NetTime$DST  apparently needs setting in the manner you say.
