The problem with moving the !Scrap directory when the machine is booted up
is that anything that has set an absolute filepath to !Scrap will get
confused.
If toggling the use RAM disc for !Scrap option on or off, I would recommend
re-booting the machine afterwards, which will ensure that all the relevant
Wimp$Scrap paths are updated and correct. It's really just a boot-up option.
