You shouldn't need to do this, as the values are set from the Keyboard
section of Configure.  Adding your own settings may conflict with this.

From memory, it roughly duplicates the Ctrl-D functionality of
WritableUtils.  It doesn't do Ctrl-S, but adding it should be fairly
simple if anyone would like it.
