I have never dared use the 'Default' button, as I am not sure that
I can reconstruct all my choices.

I get this too. I find that switching off at the back, waiting 30 seconds
and then switching back on at the back usually does the trick.

I set the commands to be executed by the Red, Blue and Green keys
in $.!Boot.Choices.Boot.PreDesktop, with commands like
Set Key$Green ......

Perhaps this might be a hardware fault, interference possibly?

Do you have Merlyn Kline's 'Flasher'? It was supplied in the
'Diversions' directory with my Iyonix.
