You need to download the files which apply to the machine you are using.
When you delve inside the appropriate downloaded archive (e.g. for Myonix
I have fetched soft-iyo/5/15/zip) you will see the appropriate Obey file
(e.g. go515).

I don't know why you wanted to examine the html of the page itself. The
text on that page is self-explanatory even if the boot bz2 files contain
tar files which contain zip files which contain a skeleton !Boot app
which contains the individual components. It maybe sounds and looks more
complex that it is and it enables individual bits to be added, rather
than everything at once. For the apps it also means you don't have to
follow the standard (messy IMO) layout, or indeed bother to install
things you may not want (e.g. Maestro).
