[iyonix-support] Network card issue

Hi everybody.
Yes I'm back this time it seems I can't access my ADSL box, which here in France is a Livebox (Orange). 
Ektest says everything is fine.
I strictly followed the procedure described here :

If anybody can help, I would be very grateful.
Your help would be much appreciated.
