Now here I agree with Druck.  Castle can't fix the browser situation on their
own, and so it isn't a helpful support issue (though definitely a marketing
issue, as you rightly say)

But making the best use of the limited browsers we do have (and as I said
before, the Iyonix is /more/ limited than any other RO machine); now that IS
a support issue.  It isn't possible to print from !Netsurf on the Iyonix.  It
might not be an issue for some people but it is a /daily/ problem in school.

Consider for a brief moment which Iyonix browsers /can/ print acceptably
(which eliminates O2 IMV, and Firefox) and YSWIM.
