The generel feeling in the woorld of linux is to use the servers linked in the 
timepool.

http://www.pool.ntp.org will give you all the information and links you need to 
set it up, the aim is tho spread the load over a multuple of interlinked 
timeservers.

My !Run file for nettime contains:

SET  Nettime$server nl.pool.ntp.org
SET Inet$NTPServer nl.pool.ntp.org
RMLoad <Obey$Dir>.NetTime

Works perfectly.
