Yes I thought that it was a dns problem but I believe he has tried using
both the routers IP address and his ISP DNServer address.

I also asked Niklaud to try entering 194.93.128.70 in his url bar (the
number is onepointnought server (drobe) but that times out also!

n.b. As Niklaus is in Switzerland I wasn't sure if my usual test of
212.58.224.81 which I had as bbc.net would work but that has stopped working
anyway, though I see 212.58.253.70 works as bbc.net.uk?
