Can you enlighten me as to what is Colour3 or Other?
Edge and Body are self-explanatory and the edge colour is also the
colour which the arrow centre becomes after a 'Click'. But I haven't
yet found a mouse action which produces 'Other' in the mouse-pointer.

The utility is very useful: a white edge gives much better visibility
on dark backgrounds. One does need to beware however, other programs
use the Body colour for cross-hairs (!Draw; !Ovation Pro) or to
position the cursor, so the choices are limited to some extent.
