[iyonix-support] Manual for CDVDBurn

I noted Steffen's comments some time (some years) ago that the manual for
CDVDBurn needs to be re-written to be easier to follow.

I have also noted no apparent progress (correct me iff I am wrong)

So, my impatience has got the better of me, and I have done a re-write and
update myself.

I have used mostly Steffen's words, with some extra explanation, and screen
shots of the CDVDBurn windows.

The work is an EasyWriter/TechWriter file. When compressed it is 300KB in
size. I can of course also export it in any of the formats supported by
TechWriter.

With Steffen's agreement I would like to send the file to him for checking
and corrections. If he approves then it might be a good idea to make it
available over the Internet

If he does not approve, and regards my work as an unwanted impertinence,
then I apologise.
