[iyonix-support] MP3Player

I have just bought a Technika mp3 player from Tesco.
The Iyonix puts up a disk Icon for it but when clicked upon it gives an
error message to the effect that the block size is not correct and must be 
256 , 512 or 1096
Is this a formatting problem ?

The instructions state that it may be formatted fat 16 or  fat 32
I presume that it must be formatted already with one or the other.
Has anyone else tried one of these players and got it to work.
