Not sure if the following info is of use -

Using the !USBinfo program, I can see that the Iyonix knows what 
device I am using it has recognised it as a Sony Walkman MP3 player 
and is saying it is a USB 2.0, Mass Storage Device (Class 8) and lots 
of other figures as well.
