Wow!!! Does anyone have such a MDF for a Technosonic 32" HD-ready LCD?
It has a beautiful quality 1366*768 screen yet cost only 395 quid, and
round the back there is the correct socket for my Iyonix video lead.
If I use the wrong MDF, would the Iyonix damage the television set?
No, that was only a concern with CRTs. And old CRTs at that: most
circuitry these days do not let you "instantly damage" the monitor.
Although pushing the specs for extended periods can cause problems.
So I'd say, rustle up MakeModes and go nuts! An existing 1024 x 768 mode
might be a good starting point. I always like to have one axis right
before I go a fiddling: halves the number of variables you need to worry
about. One problem with that screen: pixels probably aren't square.
