Has everyone having this problem been running !Variations?  Maybe it's
just a bug in that app - presumably some indirected memory access
targeting the wrong place.  If for example the code was trying to
manipulate contents of a DA and an operation went past the end of the
DA into some adjacent area of memory, might that have this effect?
